A:For the specific circumstances of each type of product and the value difficent, be treated separately, the value of less than 5 U.S. dollars, we provide free samples, for more than  5 U.S. dollars, we will charge a reasonable fee of samples, under the order, we will refund you sample some of the charges, or take out these cost in total cost, for existing customers, free samples, for coming sample to open mold and make samples, We also charge a reasonable fee. when you pay for samples cost of shipment cost, please send email to sales@yangfitness.com.

Q:If open mold, only be used myself?
A:Yes,die issued by the customer costs, and improve the product design, we have customer commitments from customers for this mold, shall not be used for other purposes.

Q:How shipping samples?
We can offer express: DHL, FEDEX, EMS, TNT, etc, let you choose,we have no express account,you can only you only give us your express account, if you also have no one of these account, we also can instead of charge express cost, you can contact sales@yangfitness.com.

Q: How long will it take for a sample?
A: It will take around 3-5 days to arrive there according to different area or country.if need make samples and open mold,will more longer time, please you send us email for your difficent need.

Q:When received your samples,we have difficent requirements?
A:Ok, you can come samples, we will check samples, whether we can manufacture, we will reply to you , after the decision to confirm with you.
